THE FEAST OF THE ELEVATION OF THE CROSS AT THE PATRIARCHATE OF ALEXANDRIA

     On Tuesday 14^th September 2010 His BeatitudeTheodoros II, Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa, in piety and with the participation of many Christian faithful, ,officiated at the Divine Liturgy and the service of the Elevation of the Precious and Life-giving Cross at the Holy Patriarchal Church of St Savvas the Sanctified in Alexandria.

     Also, on the eve of the Feast, 13^th September 2010, His Beatitude conducted Great Vespers at the Holy Chapel of Saints Theodoroi in the Patriarchal Mansion, before the end of which he chanted the Salutations of the Precious Cross.
