The Ancient Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa announces with deepest sadness the passing to the Lord of the Hierarch of the Alexandrian Throne , His Eminence Ierotheos Metropolitan of Elefsina, who fell asleep today, 1st March 2019.
The funeral service of the late Hierarch will be sun on Saturday 2nd March at 11h00 at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity Piraeus, and His Eminence Alexandros Metropolitan of Nigeria will represent His Beatitude Theodoros II, Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and All Africa.
May the Lord God grant rest to his blessed soul in the Kingdom of Heaven.
